I called today to speak with Derrick regarding employment opportunity because I’ve been offered other positions and Sydney answered the phone, she became very rude when I disclosed I didn’t want to disclose why I wanted to have a conversation with Derrick and she proceeded to tell me that she’s not allowed to give me his email address. She again inquired on why I was calling and when I told her it was confidential she asked me how was it confidential, this is very inappropriate and unprofessional conduct. I hope this company starts to hire more professional people. Derrick did reach out to me and I conveyed my concerns, he promised to address the issue. I am glad he’s willing to rectify this behavior because it’s a bad look on the business. Everyone else was kind and respectful. And seemingly welcoming to me at this establishment.. I’m glad we were able to resolve this amicably.
I used this company for kitchen cabinets and don’t recommend them at all! They deliver all the cabinets except for 1 and 1 month and half later still nothing and now I tried canceling that one cabinet and they didn’t want to cancel it or give me a credit.Not true sir, you guys took over a month 1/2 to tell me that the manufacturer had in production and after all that time waiting you finally offer me a different size cabinet.You blamed the manufacturer and as I told your store manager, I didn’t hired the manufacturer I went through you and you should be the one fixing the problem. There is nothing custom about these cabinets, just a regular shaker in white! Horrible service !!
I've bought multiple pieces of unfinished furniture here. Things are a great cost comparably to most furniture stores and the quality is leagues better. They have tons of finished wood options, as well as unfinished if you like staining/painting yourself.I'm a very amateur woodworker so I can't comment as much on the wood options, but what I have purchased is much higher quality than Lowe's or home depot. I highly recommend.
Measurements were given to make 2 doors for cabinets told me to come get a the end of the month it ended up being 2 months then on top of that they didn't fit. Totally didn't use all the measurements given to him because it was done in a rush, told us he just needed 1 hour to do them yet took 2 months for 2 doors 🤦🏽♀️

An awesome store for exotic woods, moulding, building supplies and built unique furniture. They have a very impressive selection of wood trim in very large/long sizes.
Great selection of wood to include live edge peices. If your a woodworker this is one of the best places in town. If you want simple hand made gorgeous wood furniture items they have those to. Great service and selection.
This place was recommended to me for some project wood, and it did not disappoint. From the kind and competent staff to the wonderful location made picking out something as simple a board of wood to a enjoyable experience. Top that off with exquisitely crafted furniture and this is a great place.
I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for this place. The selection of wood is amazing and their furniture is beautiful. But what makes me give this place a 5 stars is the amazing customer service from Adam that we received. He helped us out so much with his knowledge, but his caring attitude and empathy for our situation was more than words can describe. I am so thankful for Adam's help.
Where do I begin. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. The material is priced right and available. the cabinets are quality. The furniture they offer is quality, priced right and MADE OUT OF ACTUAL WOOD! Hard to believe in this throw away world we live in but it's true. Just stop in you'll love it.
The only place on town that I found willing to sell to a DIYer customer who is just getting into woodcraft and furniture making. Everything else caters to builders, so this is exactly what i was looking for. I had some idea of what I was looking for, but the selection was better than I expected. Wood isn't cheap right now, but prices seemed fair for market conditions. I also was kind of a jerk and came in shortly before closing and staff was still patient and helpful as I struggled to calculate prices by BF for the first time. Thanks for making a daunting experince more easy. Ill be back for sure.
Definitely a love hate relationship with this place. Love the fact they always have what I need for work to include staff that help me get some of the larger items off the rack without complaining. For me it seems like the $400 dollar store every time I go in. I even bought my kitchen cabinets from here.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you need hardwood, softwood, plywood and everything in between, I highly recommend looking here. Better pricing and larger selection than any other woodworking/lumber supplier I have shopped at. They also provide many other services and some great ideas for projects and items for sale on display.
I’ve talked to a few reps there and every one of them has been very helpful. Very knowledgeable staff regarding lumber from moisture content to stain ability etc.
My husband and I go to CO Lumber several times a year hunting high quality lumber for woodworking projects. Not only do they have a wide selection of wood, but they have beautiful craftsman made tables, desks, bars, chairs, etc. Need a ready-to-hang mantle? A live edge slab? You need to come check this place out. The showroom/warehouse is well organized and clean, and the employees are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. It's nice talking to someone who knows all about the different wood qualities and stain information and doesn't mind taking the time to help you. These folks know their stuff and deserve your business.

I am so impressed with the variety of lumber and furniture to be found here. My first visit was to source live edge slabs to make some shelves. This last visit was for a pair of unfinished stools. While I was there I mentioned a coffee table I'd missed out on buying last year. Erick knew exactly what I was talking about and let me know they had a new shipment.I am pleased with the quality product and customer service, and completely enamored of the new table.
They have a nice showroom and decent selection of woods and whatnot, but man the customer service is seriously lacking. I had to ask so many questions just to get some simple information and of the 3 workers I spoke with, every one of them acted like I was a massive burden. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from them since it all seems like too much of a hassle.
We bought two oak counters and two upper shelves to match the others we had in our kitchen. First off they were very expensive, but we put our trust in Colorado Lumber, after shopping around and ordered them.The only part of the counters and cabinets that are not particle board are the faces. At that not particularly heavy particle board. After we opened them up, inspected them, and installed them, we realized that there was only one half depth particle board shelve for the two 24" deep counter. So we have only one shelf for two counters, and that shelf is only half the depth of the counter, and none for the cabinets up top, which aren't even drilled to take any shelves. In calling back, we were told, that's the way they are supposed to come. Check your kitchen cabinets and see if they don't have a number of full depth shelves. If we had been told that in the first place, we would not have bought from Colorado Lumber, and probably will not buy from them again!
This warehouse smells amazing and has a few wonderful options. I especially appreciated that they have a young child entertainment area and an easy to find things open area. The customer service was okay as well.
